I stayed here for my birthday and had the best time. The room we stayed in was beautiful, minimal and had a great view. Nice touches, like slippers and good quality shampoo. Food in the restaurant was delicious and staff were courteous and kind, I’d stay again!
We stayed for two nights at the hotel and it was the perfect base to explore the city.
The location is great, close to many bars and restaurants and just across the river of the old town. Our room was great and we had a view of the river, the old town and the Schlossberg. From the bathtub you had a lovely view of the clock tower.
The front desk team was super helpful & friendly - highly recommended to stay there if in Graz
We were here for ony one night. This hotel is ideal for visiting the city. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was interesting with the missing plaster. The sink was a bit small, and it wasn't in the bathroom, this was a bit strange. Unfortunately no cabinet, but for one night it was okay. The lobby and the bar is enchanting. The most beautiful room is the Art Nouveau style event room, it is wonderful. I would have liked to see the whole hotel with the design of that time.
Room poor, dirty, no daily cleaning service.
Bed comfortable, breakfast great.
Evening frontdesk unpolite and after asking for towels and why housekeeping was not in the room did not even apologize, just said I will bring you towels.
200€ per night for overrated 4* hotel.

Interior : can not rate it because I dont understand this concept of destroyed walls and doors.
View from the room to the inner stairacase so everyone can see you in your room unless you keep your black something down.
Very very poor.
Fancy, extravagant and nice hotel (bit retro-style) clean and tidy rooms, good matraces , quiet location.
Hughe breakfast, lot of different options, good food, in the morning and for dinner as well. The kitchen staff is doing a great job !
Bar members are friendly and polite, with good wine, gin, whiskey and cocktails.
It is worth to stay there, very enjoyable!
Very nice unique rooms. AC for those who need it. One of the best breakfast meals that I have had! 💯
Decent hotel in a fantastic location. Bed was built into the floor, which was different but may not be suitable for people with bad backs!
Our stay was okay. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance from pretty much everything you’d want to see in Graz, which is great. The room was spacious, but there were no blackout curtains (just a thin honeycomb style black …
